2.6 Ineligible Persons. The following persons may not register or hold an account on 89ph: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, officers, directors, and agents of 89ph and its affiliates; (c) individuals who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by 89ph; (d) individuals using automated scripts, bots, or other non-human processes to register or play.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 89ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 89ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the Player's sole responsibility.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 89ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and GrabPay, subject to availability. 89ph reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 89ph reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lesser) on dormant accounts. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 89ph are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum cashout limits. These promotional terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to a 89ph account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — and any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. 5.5 89ph employees, their immediate family members, and individuals acting as agents of 89ph are not eligible for any player promotions.
